Rum, lime, ginger, and soda

A lime wedge or wheel


Ingredients

60ml Dark rum 30ml Ginger Lime Syrup

2 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)

90ml Soda water


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake the first three ingredients with ice.

  3. Fine strain into the glass and top with soda.

  4. Garnish.
