Using Blue Gum in place of the orange liqueur creates a totally different drink, whilst still staying true to all there is to love about a margarita.

Tequila, blue gum, and lime


Glassware

Coupe glass rimmed with salt


Garnish

Lime wedge


Ingredients

45ml Tequila 30ml Lime Cocktail Juice


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish

    1. Moisten the outside of the glass with a lime wedge and roll over salt

  2. Shake everything with ice

  3. Fine strain into glass

  4. Garnish
