A citrus-forward lemonade, with Thai influences coming in from the ginger, almond (orgeat) and coriander.

Thai Lemonade

Lime, coriander, almond, and ginger

Glassware

Collins or Highball glass

Garnish

Lime wedge

Ingredients

60ml Lime Cocktail Juice

10ml Coriander Syrup

15ml Orgeat Syrup

top with ginger beer

Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish.
Shake first three ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into glass filled with ice.
Garnish.
