Strawberry and mint. Just the mention of it takes me away to somewhere fresh and vibrant. Make it into a Mojito and you'll have guests staying right where they are.

Strawberry Mojito

Rum, strawberry, lime, mint, and soda

Garnish

A mint bouquet


Ingredients

60ml Rum

12 mint leaves

20ml Soda water


Recipe

  1. Prepare garnish.

  2. Pour the first two ingredients into the glass and half fill with crushed ice.

  3. Add mint and churn/stir.

  4. Fill with more crushed ice and top with soda.

  5. Garnish.
