Spicy Lemongrass Mojito

Rum, chilli, lemongrass, lime, mint, and soda

A mint bouquet

Ingredients

60ml Rum

20ml Lime Cocktail Juice 15ml Thai Chilli Lemongrass Syrup

6 mint leaves

20ml Soda water

Recipe

Prepare garnish.
Pour the first two ingredients into the glass and half fill with crushed ice.
Add mint and churn/stir.
Fill with more crushed ice and top with soda.
Garnish.
