Sage tends to work well with a lot of citrus flavours if properly balanced. In this example we've made a daiquiri, but you could just as easily make a margarita, sour, gimlet, or fizz.

Ingredients

60ml White rum 30ml Lime Cocktail Juice


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Fine strain into glass.

  4. Garnish.
