A Gin Fizz is one of the really simple cocktails that every bartender should know how to make, even if you don't make that many. The reason? They are endlessly riffable. This example throws Rosemary at it.

Rosemary Gin Fizz

Gin, lemon, rosemary, and soda


Glassware

Collins


Garnish

A lemon wheel or a sprig of rosemary


Ingredients

45ml Gin

60ml Soda water


Recipe

  1. Prepare the glass and garnish.

  2. Shake the first three ingredients with ice.

  3. Fine strain it into a glass filled with ice.

  4. Top with soda.

  5. Garnish.
