The Grasshopper is a classic disco drink, featuring chocolate, mint and cream. This version adds matcha and brandy to balance out the sweetness from the two liqueurs.

A sprinkling of matcha or a mint leaf

Ingredients

30ml Brandy 15ml White creme de cacao

10ml White creme de menthe

30ml Matcha Cocktail Syrup

30ml Cream

Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish.
Shake everything with ice.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnish.
