Lychee Martini

There are two kinds of Lychee Martinis. One is a fruit-forward, sour-sweet drink that is nothing like a martini but called one anyway. The other is spirit-forward and similar to a Vodka Martini with a hint of lychee. This is that one.

Lychee Martini

Vodka, dry vermouth, lychee, and lime

Garnish

A skewered lychee


Ingredients

60ml Vodka

15ml Dry vermouth

Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Stir all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into the prepared glass.

  4. Garnish.
