This Julep recipe takes brandy, mint, and tea and smashes them together. Thankfully, they play nicely and make a wonderful drink.

Green Tea Julep

Brandy, lime, green tea, and mint


Glassware

Collins


Garnish

A mint bouquet


Ingredients

60ml Brandy

12 mint leaves

3 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)


Recipe

  1. Prepare the glass and garnish.

  2. Lightly muddle the mint in the bottom of a shaker tin.

  3. Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake it with ice.

  4. Fine strain into prepared glass and fill with crushed ice.

  5. Garnish.
