This drink walks a fine line between sweet, savoury, spicy and sour. It walks it incredibly well, and as a result, makes a drink perfect for a late afternoon tipple.

Chipotle Punch

Tequila, fino sherry, chipotle, and lemon


Glassware

Collins or Highball glass


Garnish

A lemon wedge, lightly dusted with chipotle powder


Ingredients

40ml Tequila 10ml Fino Sherry


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish.
