The sidecar is the quintessential brandy sour, but that doesn't mean it can't be improved with the addition of some delicate floral notes, courtesy of our chamomile syrup.

Coupe, rimmed with sugar


Garnish

An orange twist


Ingredients

45ml Brandy 20ml Chamomile Syrup


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake everything together with ice.

  3. Fine strain into glass rimmed with sugar.

  4. Garnish.
