Some toast the New Year in with champagne, whereas I like to toast the year in with a French 75. This particular version uses chamomile to create another layer of complexity.

Chamomile French 75

Gin, chamomile, lemon, and sparkling wine

Glassware

Flute

Garnish

A lemon twist

Ingredients

45ml Gin 20ml Chamomile Syrup

15ml Lemon Cocktail Juice

75ml Sparkling wine

Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish.
Shake all except the sparkling wine together with ice.
Fine strain into glass.
Top with sparkling wine, stirring briefly.
Garnish.
