A spicy twist on a Paper Plane. The jalapeno pairs perfectly with the light citrus notes of the aperitivo and the vanilla notes of the whisky.

Garnish

An orange twist (or a slightly burnt miniature paper plane)


Ingredients

20ml Whisky (such as bourbon) 15ml Amaro (such as Nonino Quintessetia, or Amaro Montenegro)

15ml Aperitivo (such as Aperol)


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish.
