Blackberry Sage Smash

Vodka, lime, blackberry, sage, and soda

Glassware

Collins or Hurricane glass

Garnish

Three blackberries skewered

Ingredients

45ml Vodka 20ml Blackberry Sage Syrup

10ml Lime Cocktail Juice

5 blackberries

60ml soda water

Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish.
Muddle blackberries in tin with blackberry syrup.
Add the remaining ingredients except the soda.
Shake with ice and strain into glass filled with ice.
Top with soda.
Garnish.
