A twist of the classic cocktail, the 'Bee's Knees'. This variation combines the smoky, tannic tea Lapsang Souchong and the intensely floral lavender to create a drink that is sour, smoky, floral, and botanical, or in other words, fantastic.

Bee's Needs

Gin, lavender, lapsang souchong, and lemon


Glassware

Coupe


Garnish

A lavender flower, pegged to the side of the glass


Ingredients

60ml Gin 30ml Lemon Cocktail Juice


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish.
