A twist on the cocktail, the '20th Century'. This twist comes from the swapping of gin with Batavia arrack, and adjust the ratios to make it properly balanced.

45ml Batavia Arrack 20ml Creme de cacao

20ml Rosso vermouth


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Fine strain into the glass.

  4. Garnish.
