Acidified Orange Cocktail Juice
Are you ready to turn your brunch drinks up to eleven? By increasing the acidity of orange, you no longer need to rely on lemon or lime to add a sour component to the drink, allowing you to focus on flavour.
This acidified orange cocktail juice can be used anywhere you would use either lemon or lime. Just swap the citrus for this a try it in an Acidified Blood & Sand, or a Honeysuckle Daiquiri.
To create this product, we use fresh oranges and a combination of acids to recreate the sour tang of either lemon, or lime juice. Make sure you select which style you would like below.
As this product uses fresh ingredients whenever possible, the quaility will diminish over time and is best used within two weeks. Keep it refrigerated and shake it before each use.

Packaging and Labels
Sold in a 750ml clear glass wine bottle with minimal labels.
We try and keep our labels to the bare necessities so your product looks something made in house and not recognisable by customers.
We also try and reuse bottles whenever we can, after a thorough cleaning first! We will happily take back any bottles and accept any clear, screw-cap style wine bottles you have spare. It helps keep our prices low and it does that little bit for the environment. That’s a win-win.
Storage and Use
All of our products are small batch, made to order and preservative-free, so they are best kept refrigerated and ideally used within two to four weeks, depending on the product, for the best flavour and quality. Always check the best-before date before use.
Seasonal Differences
We do not use artificial colouring, so colours and flavours may change slightly with the seasons. We do our best to keep it looking consistent but nature has a way of doing what it wants.
