Jalapeno and Pineapple tend to work well together, no matter where they are put. This margarita is a prime example.

Spicy Pineapple Margarita

Tequila, jalapeno, pineapple, and lime


Glassware

Coupe glass rimmed with salt


Garnish

Lime wheel


Ingredients

60ml Tequila

30ml Acidified Pineapple Juice (Adjusted to the acidity of lime)


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

    1. Moisten the outside with a lime wedge and roll over salt.

  2. Shake everything with ice.

  3. Fine strain into glass.

  4. Garnish.
