A twist on the ever-popular Singapore Sling, incorporating the grassy vanilla flavours of pandan.

Gin, cherry brandy, Benedictine D.O.M., triple sec, pineapple, and pandan


Glassware

Collins or Hurricane glass


Garnish

Pineapple wedge skewered with a maraschino cherry


Ingredients

45ml Gin 15ml Cherry Brandy (such as Heering Cherry Liqueur) 7.5ml Benedictine D.O.M. Liqueur 15ml Pandan Syrup



Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish

  2. Shake everything with ice

  3. Fine strain into a glass filled with ice

  4. Garnish
