A twist on a Bamboo, this sherry and vermouth-based drink is usually a savoury sipper. With the addition of coconut and panda, it manages to retain its sippier status yet be fun and funky at the same time.

Vodka, vermouth, fino, coconut, and pandan
Glassware
Coupe or a Nick & Nora
Garnish
Pandan leaf or an orange twist
Ingredients
30ml Dry vermouth
22.5ml Fino sherry
22.5ml Vodka
7.5ml Coconut liqueur
7.5ml Pandan Syrup
Recipe
Prepare your glass and garnish.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Strain into the glass filled with ice.
Garnish.
