Rosehip Negroni

The Negroni is the most ordered cocktail in classic cocktail bars around the world. It is traditionally served using equal parts of Campari, rosso vermouth and gin. That easy combination gives us a lot of room to play. In this drink, we've added rosehip to the mix.

Pomegranate Negroni

Gin, Campari, rosso vermouth, and rosehip


Glassware

Rocks glass


Garnish

Orange twist


Ingredients

30ml Gin

30ml Campari (or similar bitter orange aperitif)

30ml Rosso vermouth


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Stir all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into the glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish.
