An Old Cuban is a brilliant drink that uses prosecco, rum and mint in a way that highlights each ingredient but isn't dominated by one flavour. This is the highball version, made for all-day sippin'.

45ml Rum

30ml Mint and Lime Syrup 60ml Prosecco

30ml Soda water


Recipe

  1. Prepare garnish.

  2. Build in a glass filled with ice.

  3. Top with soda.

  4. Garnish.
