Not a Mojito technically, as it uses no fresh mint, but it tastes like one, so that's what its called.

Ingredients

45ml Rum

30ml Mint and Lime Syrup 90ml Soda water


Recipe

  1. Prepare garnish.

  2. Build in a glass filled with ice.

  3. Top with soda.

  4. Garnish.
