Not a Mojito technically, as it uses no fresh mint, but it tastes like one, so that's what its called.

A mint bouquet


Ingredients

45ml Rum

30ml Mint and Lime Syrup 90ml Soda water


Recipe

  1. Prepare garnish.

  2. Build in a glass filled with ice.

  3. Top with soda.

  4. Garnish.
