The simple combination of spirit, bitters, and sweetener lends itself to endless twists and rifts. This particular one infuses honey and lavender together to create a complex, floral old-fashioned with an aged rum base.

Lavender Rum Old Fashioned

Rum, honey, lavender, and bitters


Glassware

Rocks glass


Garnish

Orange twist


Ingredients

60ml Aged rum

2 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)

1 dash of orange bitters


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Stir all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into the glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish.
