A slight twist on the contemporary classic, the '100 Year Old Cigar'. The addition of Lapsang gives the drink a little more structure with a smoky backbone.

Imported Cuban Cigar

Rum, benedictine, amaro, absinthe, and lapsang souchong

Ingredients

45ml Aged rum

15ml Benedictine D.O.M. liqueur

15ml Cynar

2 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass by filling it with ice and adding absinthe.

  2. Prepare garnish.

  3. Stir all ingredients with ice.

  4. Discard ice and absinthe from the glass.

  5. Strain the drink into the absinthe-rinsed glass.

  6. Garnish.
