Similar to a Manhattan, but swap the whisky for a good brandy, and you've got yourself a spirit-forward cocktail with all of the fruity flavours of brandy.

Brandy, rosso vermouth, and bitters

Ingredients

45ml Brandy

45ml Rosso vermouth

3 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Stir all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into the glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish.
