A deeply herbaceous cocktail that uses tarragon to help draw out earthy flavours from both the tequila and the mezcal.

Tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, pineapple, lime, tarragon, and mezcal

Garnish

A pineapple wedge and a sprig of tarragon


Ingredients

45ml Tequila

15ml Yellow Chartreuse

10ml Mezcal, to float


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients, except the mezcal, with ice.

  3. Fine strain into the glass, and float mezcal on top.

  4. Garnish.
