A smoky, herbal twist on a Boulevardier. Not for the faint of heart, this spirit-forward drink is best savoured.

Whisky, amaro, PX sherry, lapsang souchong, and black wallnut


Glassware

Coupe


Garnish

Orange twist and cherry


Ingredients

30ml Whisky (such as Scotch)

20ml Amaro (such as Averna)

20ml PX sherry

2 dashes of black walnut bitters


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Stir all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into the glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish.
