Sour Apple & Pear Cordial
This apple and pear cordial is a punchy dose of sweet and sour, with a natural green hue.
Add this sour syrup to any cocktail you want to transform into a tart apple version of itself. Try using it in an Apple Sour, a Sour Apple Highball or the Appletini!
This syrup contains a dose of added acids to add to the tangy flavour, but also help keep it green and delicious for longer. Ideally keep them refrigerated for optimal quality and it should last one month. Discard them if they show signs of spoilage or start to ferment.
Packaging
Sold in a 750ml clear glass wine bottle with minimal labels.
We try and keep our labels to the bare necessities so your product looks something made in house and not recognisable by customers.
We also try and reuse bottles whenever we can, after a thorough cleaning first! We will happily take back any bottles and accept any clear, screw-cap style wine bottles you have spare. It helps keep our prices low and it does that little bit for the environment. That’s a win-win.
Seasonal Differences
We do not use artificial colouring, so colours and flavours may change slightly with the seasons. We do our best to keep it looking consistent but nature has a way of doing what it wants.
Storage and Use
All of our products are small batch, made to order and preservative-free, so they are best kept refrigerated and ideally used within two to four weeks, depending on the product, for the best flavour and quality. Always check the best-before date before use.
