Matcha is ground unfermented tea that is steamed, dried and eventually ground into a very fine powder, ready for us to rehydrate and drink. It is also a helpful ingredient to have for cocktails as it creates a vibrant colour and adds bitter grassy flavours.
We offer it as a Matcha Cocktail Syrup, specially formulated for cocktail use, or as a powder for you to do as you wish.
This matcha 100% pure matcha, and is considered culinery grade.
The tea will come in a clear, vacuum-sealed packet and will remain high quality for a long time, even once opened. Store in a cool, dry, dark place for optimal freshness and quality.
