Juniper Syrup
A Simple Sugar Syrup infused with Juniper. This is a great product if making non-alcohilic twists on gin cocktails or just looking to boost the flavour of juniper in a drink.
This syrup can be added to anything that calls for Simple Sugar Syrup to give it a botanical, piney boost. Try it in a Juniper & Tonic or a Juniper 75.
We use 100% Australian cane sugar and create the syrup to 50° Brix to create the ideal consistency and pourability.
Because we do not use any added preservatives, this product is best kept refrigerated once opened and consumed within two weeks. Discard if the syrup shows signs of fermentation or turns cloudy.
Packaging and Labels
Sold in a 750ml clear glass wine bottle with minimal labels.
We try and keep our labels to the bare necessities so your product looks something made in house and not recognisable by customers.
We also try and reuse bottles whenever we can, after a thorough cleaning first! We will happily take back any bottles and accept any clear, screw-cap style wine bottles you have spare. It helps keep our prices low and it does that little bit for the environment. That’s a win-win.
Storage and Use
All of our products are small batch, made to order and preservative-free, so they are best kept refrigerated and ideally used within two to four weeks, depending on the product, for the best flavour and quality. Always check the best-before date before use.
Seasonal Differences
We do not use artificial colouring, so colours and flavours may change slightly with the seasons. We do our best to keep it looking consistent but nature has a way of doing what it wants.
