Gomme Arabic 100g
Gomme Arabic, also known as Gum Acacia, or any combination of those four words, is a natural gum from the Acacia tree. It is used in many classic cocktails to provide a silky mouthfeel.
It can be a little finicky to use, so we also offer a Gomme Syrup to make your life that little bit easier.
The gomme will come in a clear, vacuum-sealed packet and will remain high quality for a long time, even once opened. Store in a cool, dry, dark place for optimal freshness and quality.
