Gentain Root is commonly used in alcoholic aperitifs and digestion, having a very bitter taste. Used extensivly in the making of bitters, and aperitifs. Gentain is a handy root to have on had when making your own bitters, tinctures or infusions.
The root will be packed in a clear, vacuum-sealed packet and will retain its high quality for a long time, even once opened. Store in a cool, dry, dark place for optimal freshness and quality.
