Banana Syrup
A fruity banana flavour made from real bananas? Sounds impossible? Not anymore! This banana syrup will give you flavour for days and uses nothing artifical.
Banana syrup can be added to any cocktail instead of simple syrup to create a banana flavoured twist on a classic, it always works great in whisky cocktails or cream based drinks. Try it in a Banana Alexander or a Banana Old Fashioned.
We use fresh banana and 100% Australian cane sugar to create this syrup at 60° Brix.
We do not use any added presevatives, so this product is best kept refrigerated and consumed with two weeks. Discard if the syrup shows signs of fermentation or turns cloudy.

Packaging and Labels
Sold in a 750ml clear glass wine bottle with minimal labels.
We try and keep our labels to the bare necessities so your product looks something made in house and not recognisable by customers.
We also try and reuse bottles whenever we can, after a thorough cleaning first! We will happily take back any bottles and accept any clear, screw-cap style wine bottles you have spare. It helps keep our prices low and it does that little bit for the environment. That’s a win-win.
Storage and Use
All of our syrups are small batch, made to order and preservative free, so they are best kept refrigerated and ideally used within two weeks of opening for the best flavour and quality. Remember to check the best before date before using.
Seasonal Differences
We do not use artificial colouring, so colours and flavours may change slightly with the seasons. We do our best to keep it looking consistent but nature has a way of doing what it wants.
